Rick Daughrity is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and a founding partner. He is on Orion’s Executive Committee and serves as Director of Pre-Construction and Project Management.

Randall Gill, also a founding partner, serves on the Executive Committee and is responsible for all field operations. He has over 40 years of experience in building construction.

J Moseley joined Orion as CFO and Controller in 2004 and was elected Secretary in 2005. He has over 26 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
