rion has been involved in a number of athletic/recreational facilities. While finishes may be simple or complex, these facilities generally include specialized systems, which may include resilient "floating" gymnasium floors, two story rock climbing walls, and racquetball and squash courts. Indoor pool facilities have their own special requirements that necessitate special care in the installation of structural steel and HVAC components in a way to prevent chemical corrosion. Today's athletic fields require special under-drainage systems and lighting. Orion has a great deal of experience in constructing all of these special systems.
