partners of Orion, has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University. He has over 38 years in
the building construction industry and is a licensed engineer in the State of Tennessee. |
Rick Daughrity is a graduate of Middle
Tennessee State University and also is a founding partner. He is on Orion's Executive Committee and serves
as Director of Pre-Construction and Project Management. |

Randall Gill, also a founding partner, serves on the

operations. He has over 40 years of experience in

Moseley joined Orion as CFO and Controller in 2004
and was elected Secretary in 2005. He has over
26 years of experience in the design and
construction industry. |

| Marty Greenberg is a graduate of University of
Tennessee and has over 34 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been with Orion since
1988. Greenberg has experience in construction administration for an architectural office in addition to
his experience as a contractor. |
Webb Hosse graduated from Austin Peay State University
with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He has over 36 years of experience and serves as Director of the Safety
Committee in addition to his project management responsibilities. |
